2016 was again a very successful year for JB Machinery, both in terms of new business and product development, and our customer base with Heritage Solutions, the latest entry into the high-quality flexo print arena, winning the Corrbie Best-In-Show at SuperCorrExpo 2016! Heritage chose JB Machinery to be its partner for this project. Their 7 color high graphics machine now showcases ColorDry™ IR Dryers, VisionMaster®, ColorCure® UV curing system and KleenPlate® 2.0 – truly a winning combination!
During 2017 JB Machinery will introduce four significant new products to the global corrugated marketplace. These products formally introduced in the Americas during SuperCorrExpo include,
- ColorDry™ XL3000 IR drying which offers the latest technology in IR drying safety and improved performance, including Sentinel™ and power drop down, for ease of maintenance and access on fixed frame machines.
- InKomand®, ink temperature control, pH and viscosity monitoring system, which reduces overall operating costs by reducing ink waste and minimizing the need for the addition of chemical additives. Additionally, temperature control provides improved ink drying, faster set-ups and a significant reduction in press wash-ups.
- KleenPlate® 2.0 the latest version of the award winning KleenPlate product line that eliminates printing defects and the need to stop to wash plates/clichés/dies during production. The new and improved product incorporates even more simplicity, full automation, greater efficiency and versatility than the original 2012 Innovator Technology Award winner.
- KomandCenter™, a system which brings all of the JB controls together in a single user interface for efficiency and comprehensive reporting.
These new product developments reinforce JB’s desire to remain at the very leading edge of technology. They also underscore the importance of our Neenah, Wisconsin manufacturing facility, under the guidance of industry veteran Jeff Devries, and our continued investment in research and development of existing and future products.
During the recent SuperCorrExpo in Orlando, Florida the JB Global Sales Team were assembled for training and update session that introduced them to all of the new product developments as well as future projects in the pipeline. SuperCorrExpo also gave us the opportunity to showcase our products to the world where we had tremendous interest and have already closed some significant orders as a result of this important trade show.
